I’m now doing 1 on 1 consultations. You can purchase them on Gumroad (LINK)
After you purchase, you will be sent a Calendly link and you will be able to schedule.
Each consult is 45 minutes. Most likely I’ll be providing you with a 4-6 week specific rehab/training program that I’ll customized to whatever you have going on.
IDEAL SITUATIONS
I’ll be honest, virtual consults are not that efficient, at least unless you have some super specific question/issue, even then those can probably be answered by searching my Twitter timeline (LINK) or shooting me 1-2 questions via DMs.
There are a couple of ideal situations:
You’ve been dealing with a specific injury for months/years and you’ve tried a bunch of stuff you found online or saw a physical therapist and you have not gotten better.
You had a surgery and rehab after, but you are still dealing with lingering issues or not fully back to where you want to be.
What makes these situations ideal is I can tell what your specific injury was based on the rehab you did. And since I know where rehab usually “goes wrong,” I can more easily right ship, so to speak.
The LEAST ideal type of injury would be something like
“I just sprained my ankle playing pickle ball” or
“My body went one way, and my knee went the other. Wat do?”
That would be an acute injury and the man to talk to about that would be @bowtiedkobra (TWITTER), the acute injury specialist.
Don’t be discouraged if you don’t meet the above criteria. Still shoot me a DM. I’ll let you know if I can or can’t help you out. I don’t want to waste both yours and my time.
I am 38, I have been diagnosed with arthritis (not rheumatoid), overweight but working on it.
My right knee pops, clicks, aches, and limp
MRI reveals bone on bone. After 6 weeks of physical therapy I was waived out, "good luck".
I tried knees over toes guy, but found the interface & coaching very difficult, and no way to REALLY track progress or ask questions.
I also have a similar problem with right shoulder, range of motion starts to slow when raising arm above head, and has a stopping point.
