Also, I recently tweeted a thread with some of the daily mobility flows I use in my Desk Monkey Program.

It’s $25, and includes 5 days of DAILY mobility flows you can do to get you out of your seat. It focuses range of motion of the hips and upper back, the areas that EVERYONE complains about but doesn’t know what to do to improve it.
Each day include 4 exercises, and I wrap up the week with a 20ish minute circuit to really challange your aerobic system AND improve your mobility.
The aerobic component is CRUCIAL to mobility work. If the work is too easy, you actually won’t get any benefit from it. You are PHYSICALLY trying to change your body, so there has to be some effort involved.
